CANCELATION POLICY

72-Hour Cancellation Policy


Clients are asked to schedule mindfully. Excessive cancellations / rescheduling may result in client termination. All appointment changes or cancellations must be made via email or text only:

The business line is off on Sundays and Mondays, so any messages sent then will be seen when the office reopens at 9:00 AM on Tuesday. Cancellations during this time will be processed starting Tuesday morning.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Please allow up to 15 minutes before appointment start time to account for potential traffic and parking.

Consistent lateness could lead to an additional late fee or client termination.

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL POLICY

Upon arrival please wait in your car until we text you to come into the building.

The Maddox building is a secure location and requires access to be granted to enter the building. Allowing us to remotely unlock the door for you maintains building security as well as signifies that Tina is ready to welcome you in for your appointment.

We are located on the third floor which has both elevator and stair access. Though the Maddox is a historic building, the elevators are maintained regularly and displays its current operating permit issued by the Oregon Building Codes Division. However, if you don’t feel comfortable using the elevator please let us know and we will happily guide you to the stairway.

APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT

Clients will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to reserve an appointment at time of scheduling. Deposit amount is based on a percentage of the total amount of the scheduled services. Deposit will be applied to the final balance of your appointment total.

Extension clients will be required to pay a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve this service at time of scheduling. Deposit will apply to the final balance of your appointment total.
