CANCELATION POLICY
72-Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
Same-day cancellations or a "no-call, no-show" will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service cost.
Please allow up to 15 minutes before appointment start time to account for potential traffic and parking.
Consistent lateness could lead to an additional late fee or client termination.
Clients are asked to schedule mindfully. Excessive cancellations and rescheduling may result in client termination. All appointment changes or cancellations must be made via email or text only:

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL POLICY
Upon arrival please wait in your car until we text you to come into the building.
The Maddox building is a secure location and requires access to be granted to enter the building. Allowing us to remotely unlock the door for you maintains building security as well as signifies that Tina is ready to welcome you in for your appointment.
We are located on the third floor which has both elevator and stair access. Though the Maddox is a historic building, the elevators are maintained regularly and displays its current operating permit issued by the Oregon Building Codes Division. However, if you don’t feel comfortable using the elevator please let us know and we will happily guide you to the stairway.
Parking: Please use the ParkingKitty app for all street parking. On each block there will be a sign assigning a parking kitty zone. You will be able to add time to the app for additional parking time.
APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT
Clients will be required to place a non-refundable deposit to reserve an appointment at time of scheduling. Deposit amount is based on a percentage of the total amount of the scheduled services. Deposits will be applied to the final balance of your appointment total.
Extension clients will be required to place a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve this service at time of scheduling. Deposit will apply to the final balance of your appointment total.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
To help keep overall service prices as low as possible for all clients, a small credit card processing fee of 3% is applied to card transactions. This allows us to continue offering premium services without raising menu prices across the board. Cash and some digital payments (Venmo, Zelle) are accepted with no additional fee. For an estimate on service amount, a consultation will be needed prior to appointment.
